Refund policy

For International Customers

  • Digital Downloads: Unfortunately, no returns or refunds are possible for digital downloads of image files.
  • If you encounter any issues with your download, please contact us at michalgroenewald.gallery@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.

 

For South African Customers

  • Printed Artwork: All artworks are printed according to customers’ customised specifications; therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
  • Damaged or Defective Prints: If your print arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement.

How to Request a Replacement for Damaged or Defective Prints

  1. Inspect Your Order: Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at michalgroenewald.gallery@gmail.com.
  2. Submit Proof: Kindly provide clear photos of the damage or defect before returning the item.
  3. Return Process: Once approved, we will send instructions on how and where to return the package. The artwork must be returned within 3 days in its original packaging.
  4. Replacement & Reshipping: We will reprint and reship the artwork once the damaged item has been received.

Important Notes:

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • No returns or refunds will be granted for ordering the wrong size.
  • Slight variations in size and colour are normal due to the printing process and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
