1. Digital Artwork – Personal Use License Agreement
By purchasing a digital artwork from this store, you agree to the following Personal Use License:
Personal Use License
The photographer (“Content Provider”) grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to download and use this image (“Media”) for personal printing purposes only, subject to the terms below:
Personal use only:
You may print the Media for your own personal enjoyment. The Media may not be used for any commercial purpose, including selling, licensing, or reselling the digital file or any printed copies. The Media may not be posted online, shared on social media, used on websites, or included in any advertising or promotional materials.
Ownership:
All copyright and ownership of the Media remain with the Content Provider.
No warranties:
The Media is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties.
Limitation of liability:
The Content Provider is not responsible for any third-party claims or damages arising from your use of the Media.
2. Printed Canvases – Physical Product Policy
When purchasing a printed canvas, you are buying the physical product only. The following terms apply:
Personal display only:
The canvas is intended for personal use and display. It may not be scanned, copied, reproduced, or resold in any form.
Ownership of artwork:
Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright. All rights to the original image remain with the photographer (“Content Provider”).
No commercial use:
The artwork may not be used in any commercial context, including advertising, merchandising, or promotional materials.
No warranties:
The artwork is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties beyond those required by consumer law.
3. Product
Any sizes or colours shown on this site are intended as an estimate only, not as an absolute standard. Due to differences in screen displays and ambient light, products may appear different in real life or on other devices. Slight variations in colour and size are normal and should be expected.
4. Payment
Full payment is required before receiving your download link and/or before printing your canvas artwork.
We offer secure card payments via Stitch.
We do not accept cash payments.
5. Order Confirmation
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout, as this is where your order confirmation will be sent. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us at michalgroenewald.gallery@gmail.com.
6. Pricing
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.
7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event of a change or cancellation, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our online gallery.

All artwork on this site is the copyright of the represented photographer, Michal Groenewald. It may not be reproduced, copied, or altered in any way. You may not obtain, download, use, publish, or sell any of the photographic work on this site except through prior authorisation, including the limited personal-use rights granted to you when purchasing an artwork from this site.
